The Dark Side of the Internet: A Guide to Dark Web Links

As a result, some parts of the Internet aren’t visible to regular search engines and require special browsers and software to access. These sites are known as the darknet, or hidden web, and include everything from illicit marketplaces to a network of websites where users can chat with strangers anonymously.


To browse the darknet, you must use a browser with built-in support for Tor, which allows you to access the hidden web without risking your privacy or identity. While your Internet service provider (ISP) can still see that you’re using Tor, the information passing through each of the network’s nodes is bounced around in a way that makes it difficult for anyone to identify you by your unique IP address or other personal details.


This makes the darknet a haven for those who want to stay off the grid and avoid government surveillance. It’s a world that can be both incredibly useful and dangerous, depending on what you’re looking for. For example, a quick search of the darknet can reveal how to build a computer from scratch, where to buy electronics parts and even how to hack a credit card or bank account. The darknet isn’t just about black-market items either – it also hosts a number of communities supporting causes such as “human liberation” and ecological sustainability.

Hidden Answers – think of it as the Reddit of the darknet. This site is home to discussion threads and answers to questions on a wide range of topics. Just be careful – the site isn’t as safe as it should be, so keep an eye out for anything labeled as porn, “card skimming services”, or “real fake IDs and passports”.


OnionLinks – this site catalogues a collection of working dark web links links. It’s easy to navigate and offers a built-in feature that shows whether or not a particular link is currently online.
